Apple stock (AAPL) climbed to a new high today as pundits expect an announcement of the company’s first-ever US$100 billion quarter when its latest financial results are announced on Wednesday, January 27.
Apple’s price per share surged to $139.85 on the NASDAQ Friday afternoon. The tech giant also broke a closing price record of $136.87 that was set on Thursday, Jan. 21. Apple stock is up more than 5.07% since the last day of 2020.
