iPodGeneration gathers the digital and music worlds
Paris, September 22nd 2004. MacGeneration is proud to announce iPodGeneration, a new Website that gathers the digital and music worlds. Following a successful launch during the Apple Expo 2004 in the beginning of September, iPodGeneration is already leading the way among the French speaking iPod community.
iPodGeneration goes beyond the computer side of the iPod. It brings content at the convergence of the music world and the digital world to provide the cultural mix that made the iPod so successful. Built around this unique concept, our team not only provides the French speaking users news around the clock about this new market segment but also brings its passion of both music and computer to offer this new website a wide content of editorials.
From opinions, hardware and software reviews, interviews to dedicated forums, iPodGeneration is also building a strong community where users of iPods, other media players, digital music download services, and music lovers are able to share and discuss their common interest.
Founded in 1999, MacGeneration's goal is to offer its readers "the essential for the Mac in French". With a 24/7 newsfeed, software and hardware tests, opinions, classifieds, a Mac centric search engine, daily press reviews and a very active community on its forums, MacGeneration is the largest media outlet for the French speaking Mac community. In september 2004, MacGeneration launched iPodGeneration, a new website dedicated to the digital music world.
