Apple 15" PowerBook G4 Battery Recall
Apple is voluntarily recalling certain lithium ion rechargeable batteries that were sold worldwide from January 2004 through August 2004 for use with 15-inch PowerBook G4 (Aluminum) notebook computers. These batteries were manufactured by LG Chem, Ltd. of South Korea.
The affected batteries could overheat, posing a fire hazard. Apple received four reports of these batteries overheating. No injuries have been reported. Apple urges you to stop using your battery and to order a replacement battery immediately. If you continue to use your battery, do not leave it unattended and check for signs of overheating.
The recalled batteries have the Model Number: A1045 and serial numbers that begin with: HQ404, HQ405, HQ406, HQ407, or HQ408. Batteries with the affected serial numbers contain cells that were manufactured by LG Chem, Ltd. of South Korea during the last week of December 2003 only.

After almost three years of online business BlueWorx hits a milestone. Over a million and a half people have been to the Powerbacks® home page within the last 3 years. It doesn't sound like much, compared to a large corporate site but this was done with absolutely no advertising revenue.
Grass-roots search engine marketing and strategic links and partnerships are responsible for their great online traffic. The Office Marketplace® has global reach through all of Microsoft's international sites.
