Yet another reason I'm glad I don't use Windows
Marketers have discovered how to use yet another Windows flaw to annoy people: Notepad popups.
Notepad popups take advantage of Internet Explorer's view-source protocol to open any text file in Notepad by embedding such URLs in a web page, often as an image link.
Thankfully this doesn't affect macs - yet.
