Jaguar 6C106
Jaguar 6C106 has been seeded to developers. It feels noticeably faster than previous seeds and there are several references to .mac services.
Most applications, including Mozilla 1.1b, launch in 1-2 bounces.
Sherlock now does only internet searching. Pressing command-F in the finder brings up a new find dialog.
The internet preferences panel has a new iDisk panel. If you haven't signed up for a .Mac membership, you'll see a warning that your trial membership will expire when you select it. The old iTools panel has been replaced by a .Mac panel which allows you to sign up for a .Mac membership as well as enter your username and password.
The camera and scanner preference panels seen in previous builds are gone. You now select actions for connecting a camera or pressing a scanner button in the Image Capture application. I haven't seen a list of the supported scanners, but it doesn't support my CanoScan N650U.
