Virtual Programming Ltd, Signs HSC For iPhone Game Port

Arlington, VA - Hendrickson Software Components (HSC) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Virtual Programming Ltd. (VP) to port their best selling game, Europa Universalis, to the iPhone.

According to HSC owner Jeff Hendrickson, “… one of the companies long term goals has been to branch off into computer gaming. We’ve typically been involved in the production of applications software, along with supporting an active consulting practice. The Virtual Programming Ltd opportunity allows us to work with the best supporting their iPhone game porting efforts for this exciting game, along with actively supporting software development using the new iPhone SDK.”

The Europa Universalis game delves deeply into the areas of exploration, trade, warfare and diplomacy. This already classic Strategy title is characterized by immense depth and historical content that charge its challenging gameplay with incredible replayability value.
