Version 2.0.1 features a completely redesigned game of brain-twisting levels. In addition to a brand new user interface, Mind Games includes 3 new games and 75 additional levels added to the app. There is also support for iOS 7, retina display, and iPhone 5. Additionally, Mind Games has reduced the number of ads to ensure a more rewarding gaming experience.
Mind Games challenges players from the start by requiring them to solve the title page puzzle before proceeding forward to the first game. According to the developer’s statistics, 9 out of 10 players are unable to solve the title page’s puzzle. Each puzzle includes directions on how to play each game and an inspiration quotation. Sound/vibration controls and the ability to replay levels are available from the Settings menu.
In the event that a player is unable to solve the puzzle, Mind Games offers several options to bypass the level. In-app purchases from the Settings menu allow players to easily skip the current puzzle or disable in-game ads. The player can also Google for hints to the solution. Finally, they can press the top-left Reset button 100 times in a row to skip a level.
“Mind Games is a set of very hard puzzles and riddles designed to confound the smartest of brains,” warns RunServer founder, Alexei Garbuzenko. “Mind Games is perfect for kids, adults, and anyone seeking a new and exciting puzzle challenge. Mind Games’ collection of brain teasers, riddles, and puzzles are well thought-out and include stunning graphics. The overall air of mystery is also cultivated by the music and script as players attempt to solve each riddle. We believe players will need to seriously rack their brains to work their way through each level of Mind Games and quickly agree that it’s a game for Smart People Only.
“Mind Games was previously released by a well-known publisher as iMind Games 1.3,” Garbuzenko continues. “However, we had to abandon it due to issues with the publisher. Now that we are on our own with 2.0.1, we have incorporated new features as well as name change to match other platforms and stores. In addition to iOS, Mind Games is also available on Google, Amazon, Samsung, Blackberry, Windows 8 and Windows Phone.”
