Cupertino, California – Flying Pig today is proud to announce a new minor update of its small and medium businesses management solution, Edouard 1.5. Edouard Server is updated to version 1.5 as well and brings along with Edouard a new network layer, a new backbone structure for inventory-related features including the mobile app Edouard Warehouse, new demo feature using Edouard Server app to keep demo data in licensed environment, cloud server availibility and many other improvements/bug fixes.
With this update, Inventories system, for quarterly or annualy inventory inspections, loads only products actually present in the inventory, and giving the user flexibility to add/delete/edit products. The label printable with Edouard Warehouse 1.5 can be designed and visualized. Locations are now searchable and drag-n-drop-able. Upon drop, the system analyzes the intention of the user and offers either a move or a merge of data, making it extremely easy and safe to clean up your locations data, without loosing any addresses in your contacts.
Bank account lines get a new type – info – which is ignored in calculations and bank recon. It offers details in your statements to understand money movements. The clients and providers accounting section have a new auto-match feature which detects automatically orders and assigns payment automatically, making the reconciliation process faster and easier.
A new statistics reports named ‘Clients who purchased a given product’ shows customers who bought either a specific product or products within a family in a given time bracket. The POS revenues and Product Sales reports receives improvements in the form of respectively, day-to-day details and packaging information. The POS Admin now offers a new key for the receipt template design to display payment details. Edouard Server now shows detailed information about connected clients and the possibility to disconnect them at anytime. And as with any updates, many bug fixes across all features.
