New BaseElements version 4.5.0 for FileMaker Pro 13 Released

Melbourne, Australia – Goya today is excited to announce the release of BaseElements 4.5.0 with new functionality and full compatibility with the recently released FileMaker Pro 13. BaseElements is a FileMaker developer tool to analyze and document FileMaker database solutions. BaseElements provides a cross reference of every element in a solution and helps developers find and fix errors, track issues, document changes, and plan future development.

BaseElements 4.5.0 is in FileMaker Pro 12 format, and adds support for a Database Design Report generated in FileMaker Pro 13 to its existing support of every version of FileMaker since version 7. You can now use BaseElements 4.5.0 to analyse any solution created with any version of FileMaker released in the last 9 years.

Once again BaseElements is helping FileMaker developers keep up with the latest in FileMaker Pro technology like no other developer tool.

“FileMaker Pro 13 is another great version of FileMaker with many ‘must have’ new features. The new theming options, plus WebDirect and the the new developer functionality mean this is almost a guaranteed version update for lots of developers. We’re pleased that we can provide a FileMaker Pro 13 compatible release of BaseElements so quickly after it’s available and make it available for free to existing current licence holders. Now developers like ourselves can get deep into the new version of FileMaker and know that their favourite developer tools are compatible.” said Nicholas Orr of Goya.

BaseElements version 4.5.0 is a free update to anyone who has a current 4.0 licence, and is a paid upgrade for anyone who has a licence to BaseElements 3.x or earlier. It runs in FileMaker Pro 12 or 13 and includes fmp12 files or a FileMaker 13 runtime version. New user licences are available and a cross grade option from a competitors product is now available. Goya is an Australian based software company whose FileMaker Pro tools simplify best practice development processes. For over 13 years, we’ve been developing custom solutions for FileMaker businesses while building up our own suite of developer tools. By making these available to other FileMaker developers, we’ve saved time and money for other FileMaker developers all over the world. Starting with BaseElements in 2007 we changed the way developers built their solutions by offering them a tool that worked like FileMaker. In 2010 we created RefreshFM for automating updates and it remains the only product in it’s category for FileMaker developers. Our free FileMaker plugin is extensively used and highly regarded by the FileMaker community for it’s extensive functionality. Now with RESTfm for Web Services we’re again re-thinking the things that FileMaker can do and giving more options to developers to extend their solutions. Copyright (C) 1999-2014 Goya Pty Ltd.
