Introducing BeatLines – the powerful and easy way to create your grooves

Rethymno, Greece – BeatLines, is an audio sample based step sequencer, by Nikolaos Konstantakopoulos. An easy to use drum/beat machine with a variety of features.

BeatLines has eight independent beat tracks, with beat durations from whole note up to 32nds. Each separate beat can have its level adjusted, allowing you to create a nice dynamic feeling with ghost beats, as well as its pitch transposed so you can “tunes” your audio samples to match. Hold “Cmd” button and hover over a beat track, you have access to it’s beats level and pitch transposition.

To get you started, there are more than 30 preset rhythms to use as they are, or as a starting point to expand them into your own. To alter a rhythm is very simple and easy. Click on a beat to toggle its state between on and off!

More than rhythm building capabilities, BeatLines offers control over each audio sample. The available features are:
* Overall level
* Level envelop
* Panning
* 3 band equalizer

When you are happy with your rhythm, you can save for later use it and record it. Set the number of bars, and start the recording. If you like combining rhythms, use the Beats List, to tie rhythms together in order to make a full drum track. Add any of the preset or user’s saved rhythms to the list. Set how many bars and at the tempo you like. Add as many rhythms as you like and then press play to hear your beat composition!
