Keep It Simple 1.2 – Create and manage lists using Dropbox technology

Keep It Simple is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and synchronize lists using Dropbox technology. By utilizing one of the most popular cloud services, users can share their lists between devices and with others by logging in to the same Dropbox account. Lists can be managed offline and will synchronize automatically between the device and cloud when online again.

Keep It Simple includes four preset categories (Home, School, Office, Shopping List). Within each of these categories, lists can be created, managed, and edited. Users can add items using the familiar plus (+) sign in the upper right corner or tap the lightning bolt icon in the lower right corner to use the Quick Entry feature.

One of the highlights of the Keep It Simple app is the Shopping List feature. In addition to allowing users to add items to their grocery list, the app captures the item’s name, additional details, and quantities needed. Keep It Simple also tracks the item’s category (i.e. dairy, canned goods, frozen foods, etc.), the aisle number in which the item is located, and whether the item is purchased or not. Shaking the device sorts the shopping list based on category. Sorting by category is included to help prevent backtracking and enable the user to spend less time wandering the aisles at the grocery store.
